ACTIVITÉ No 1 : Qu’est-ce qu’on a tous fait ?

Assign a number to each person in the group : No. 1 , 2, 3 ,et 4

 

Ask questions in complete sentences about things you did over the long weekend.  Take turns asking and answering according to your order.  A different person will ask each new question.  You should always express a complete sentence either in a question or an answer.  Make your questions specific and INTERESTING.  (i.e. don’t just ask Did you eat?, ask:  Did you eat turkey….?)

 

Exemple :        Personne #1 :  J’ai rendu visite à ma grand-mère.  Et toi, tu as rendu visite à ta grand-mère ?

Personne #2 :  Oui, moi aussi j’ai rendu visite à ma grand-mère.  Et toi ?

Personne #3 :  Non, pas moi.  Je n’ai pas rendu visite à ma grand-mère.

 

Ok, so you didn’t all do this, so you need to ask another question.  This time Person #2 will come up with the question.  Answer in your number order.

 

Personne #2:  Tu as regardé le match de football américain des Patriotes à la télé?

Personne #3 :  Oui, j’ai regardé le match. Et toi ?

Personne #4 :  Oui, moi aussi !  Est-ce que tu as regardé le match ?

3.  Grammaire 2   (Imperative with reflexive verbs) [ATTENTION:  Click on “special characters to copy the accent marks.  You MUST use capitals correctly and put an exclamation point at the end in order for it to be correct.] 

1.  Application 1 (s’appeler and se lever)  Use your verb charts in Référence if you forgot how to conjugate these verbs.
2.  Application 1 (Reflexive verbs with infinitives)  Write complete sentences and include accent marks.  On this exercise, the punctuation is already included!!!!  Remember:   You cannot have 2 conjugated verbs after each other; the second one must be an infinitive and the reflexive pronoun should agree with the subject. Ex:  J’aime me coucher tard.
3.  Do exercise 1A ONLY in the Chapter 5 self-test.  Type the LETTER of the answer.
4.  Do the Cumulative self-test.  Only type the letter of the correct answer.

La Chronologie

1. Include a Title “La Chronologie de ma vie”
2. Double space your work.
3. Select Review, Set Language and French (France)
4. Put your sentences in chronological order.  You must also include a year, date, age, or school year (EX: “en première année”, en deuxième année au lycée”) for each sentence.  Add details when you can.

**If you need to look up a word, use wordreference.com for the online dictionary

5.  If you have time, add 6 sentences in the imparfait tense that would describe what something was like, what the weather was like, how you or someone was feeling, what was going on when something else happened.

6.  If you have time, you may also start searching for images or clip art that will go with each sentence (you may also choose to use real pictures of yourself too!)

7.  Save a copy to your files and print a copy for Madame B.

**If you do not finish numbers 1-4, it will be homework due Monday!  You must have at least 15 sentences in the PC.

Agent immobilier

Dans le labo… 

1.  Parlez avec votre camarade de classe de la maison de ses rêves.  Posez des questions sur les points suivants: 

• la quantité de pièces
• le genre / le style de maison (villa, appartement, etc…)
• particularités selon les intérêts et les besoins
• le lieu (près des montagnes, dans le sud,…)
• la taille et quantité d’étages (énorme, petit,…)
• le décor, les couleurs

De même, répondez a ses questions concernant la maison de vos rêves à vous..

2.  Parcourez les annonces d’immobilier en ligne et cherchez la maison ou l’appartement dont votre camarade rêve!

J’ai trouvé la maison idéale pour toi !  Il y a 4 salles de bain, une grande piscine et elle est située à côté de la mer, 5 kilomètres de Nice !  En plus, elle est bien équipée avec deux fours et deux frigos dans la cuisine, comme tu aimes faire la cuisine.  Cette maison coûte… »  etc, etc…

Attachez  le lien du site de la maison et attachez un fichier d’une photo aussi, si c’est possible!
